Great. So all that shit over win cons from Oro was just a ploy to uncover scum. I guess that's why Oro targeted drlebronski before me as well, though given the fact that some of us appear to have different wincons, the fact that he claimed one doesn't town confirm him.
I think there's enough pressure on GP now without adding mine to the mix, so I'll stay with my current vote.

Hope that info helps town find scum, but I am sure it wont.

There’s only one scenario here where Oro is scum. It’s where he is some sort of Vote Stealer so DP3 if it’s 4-2, scum win automatically. However this is easily negated with catching one scum or VTNL a DP early

Polyglot's made more sense as a Miller, seems like they deeply connected or made an attempt too. Looking at Grey's and mine, mine isn't as bad as Grey's where it makes no sense. Makes me think that Poly could be lying

You're insane. The Matrix is a masterpiece- really so well constructed and told. You are also too young to appreciate how it changed movie-making forever- the way Star Wars changed movie special effects and Pulp Fiction changed the narrative structure of film, The Matrix's faux camera totally changed the way movies looked after it- the way moments are stilled while the camera keeps panning in real time, the way action movies now always use wired flips and feats at changed up speeds, the grey green color pallette.... think of the way that movie added to our lexicon- redpill, there is no spoon, even the film's title instantly evokes the modern dystopian paradigm.
I think that scene with the Oracle is amazing- the way the ordinary place is shimmering with potential, the way the Oracle simultaneously suggests that everything is foretold but also that Neo is the only one driving his destiny. I love the way the movie invents for us this dark dystopia but Neo's narrative begins in misery and drudgery and grey office and his world and potentials keep expanding exponentially until by the end he is superman rocketing above the city.
The Matrix is 10/10.

I love the way the movie invents for us this dark dystopia but Neo's narrative begins in misery and drudgery and grey office and his world and potentials keep expanding exponentially until by the end he is superman.
For a film made in 1999, it definitely looks better than it should be.
I wasn't that interested in some of the side characters all that much, felt at times the pace could be slow. I appreciated great characters and the decent aesthetics, but to me the highest I can is a 8. It's a 7.8-8, but I wouldn't call it a 10

pace is slow, he says. GD anime tweakers and their 20 minute shows. Are we just heading for the tik-tok tweetification of all art? If you can't tell your story in less than 140 seconds, you're slow. Jesus Christ, how's an old man supposed to keep up if the Matrix is slow?
Go watch Kubrick's 2001 Space Odyssey, one of my all time favorites- go watch Herzog's Fata Morgana and then talk to me about slow. Slow is good. Slow makes you think a bit about the last thing before the next thing flashes in your face.
