The condo that collapsed in Miami as we know, had a disproportionately large amount of "reptilians" that lived there.

They were told they needed to fix a lot of the critical issues with the building as early as 5 years ago.

People residing in the building could feel it shaking it is reported.

So why wasn't it fixed?

The most likely answer I can think of is as follows. The residents actually owned the place. They weren't renters. So the reptilians who are a cheap and sneaky species, knew of the buildings troubles and also knew construction was taking place near by. Being both cheap and sneaky, they decided to wait until construction was complete and somehow blame their own buildings structural issues on the near by construction and have them pay for the repairs.

Anyone have another explanation as to why the condo owners would put their own life in danger knowing full well the structural integrity of the building was at risk of collapse, other than a reptile plan to sue construction nearby in a dishonest fashion to have repairs paid for?

I just talked to somebody in construction.  He said the repairs to the structure could cost up to 2 million dollars.

He said that when you try to do those repairs owners often will try to give pushback because it would cost a mere 10,000 a piece for each of these residents.  Which might be a lot to people reading this but is a drop in the bucket to millionaire condo owners in MIami.

He also said that owners give construction shit for the noise that fixing the structural issues of a building causes.

Saying stuff like

"Oy vey, why can't you hammer quietly"

So owners typically try their best to avoid fixing issues that could literally collapse the building, and when you do go to prevent the collapse, the owners quite literally try to stop your construction with stupid requests like "Jack hammer quietly"

We get it.  You hate Jews.  You love neo-Nazis.  We get it.

  • A more likely explanation than a non-human conspiracy?  Yes.
    • It is way too early to speculate usefully and at the very least the foundations of the building have to be examined before any speculation is warranted.  That could be weeks away.
    • Any 12-story steel and concrete building constructed on a sandbar is going to be a short-lived edifice by Mother Nature's reckoning.
      • Sinkholes can form underground with little warning and sinkholes are extremely common in Miami-Dade county which is basically just a thin layer sand on top of old coral reefs slowly precipitating into  calcium carbonate.
      • The southern tip of FL was the first part of the US discovered by Europeans but just about the last place settled (Miami's population in 1900 was 1,600 people) because we lacked the tech to build permanent structures on thin strands of sand between the swamp and the sea.
      • This building, facing the Atlantic, has sustained weathering from 12 hurricanes including 3 major and one dead-on category 5 hurricane since it was built.  I don't think there's another place on earth where humans have tried to keep the beaches stable in the face of so many storms.  Miami averages more than an inch of rain per week.
      • This building has been sinking at a rate of about 2mm/year or about 3-4 inches overall since it was built.  That might not seem that bad unless parts of the building sink at different rates, adding weight to steel rivets and twisting beams until they give.
      • At the same time, the ocean has risen about 7 inches around Miami forcing corrosive salt water into the drainage and sewage infrastructure underneath.  Surfside had a moratorium on any new construction in the '70's because their water infrastructure couldn't handle the growth.  Champlain South was the first new construction after the moratorium because they paid $200,000 for sewer improvements (even in 1981 money, that wasn't a lot)
  • To me, it seems less amazing that this building collapsed than the fact  that so many hundreds of others stay up.  Even 2000 years ago, homebuilders knew better than to build on sandbars.
    • Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

$9 million

He said that when you try to do those repairs owners often will try to give pushback because it would cost a mere 10,000 a piece for each of these residents.  Which might be a lot to people reading this but is a drop in the bucket to millionaire condo owners in MIami.
Owners at Champlain Towers South were facing payments of anywhere from $80,000 for a one-bedroom unit to $330,000 or so for a penthouse.  The first payment was due July 1st.

He also said that owners give construction shit for the noise that fixing the structural issues of a building causes.
Repairs had been underway for several months and may have contributed to the collapse.

Saying stuff like

"Oy vey, why can't you hammer quietly"

The structural integrity of the building was at risk of collapse.

Apart from being a grammatically inept statement, this is also a contradiction in terms.

The building either had structural integrity, or it was at risk of collapse.

Collapse would suggest, that said building, lacked structural integrity.

I heard a story on the radio, I don't know if this is true of course, but apparently some local geologist or construction guy or something got a call from someone asking them "hey, you hear about that building collapsing?" and he immediately responded "No but I bet I can say exactly what the address is before you tell me, I have been telling people for years that this was going to happen".

That seems like if a doctor said "The health of the patient was at risk of decline" and someone responded "Decline would suggest that said patient lacked health".

Health is a generalisation.

Decline would suggest that said patient was in poor health, or maybe, lacked good health.

The phrase used was "The structural integrity".

The said structure obviously lacked integrity.

So a correct statement should have read something like....The structural fragility of the building, meant that it was at risk of collapse.

The question remains. Why do the condo owners bitch about repairs being noisy, while also bitching about how the building is falling apart.

I had this friend who ran bingo for some Jews and the old jews would bitch about things and he would change them and then they would bitch about the changes.

I told him to ignore their words and watch how many people would come with sort changes or stop coming with other changes.

He started ignoring the Jewish bitching and bingo night took off. More jews started coming and bingo was a success.

Maybe they just like to bitch. Who knows.

Well that's a human trait not a Jewish trait.
I don't know anybody who doesn't complain about roads falling apart but then also complain when road are closed for repair.
Republicans complain about wearing masks in public but then also complain about the vaccine that eliminates the needs for masks.

That's no reason to dance on their graves.

WASHINGTON — There continue to be Two Americas when it comes to the country’s race to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
You have the blue, highly urban and mostly college-degree-heavy states that have met — or exceeded — President Biden’s goal of 70 percent of adults having at least one dose by July 4.

And you have the red, highly rural and mostly college-degree-light states that have come up way short.

Right now, 67 percent of American adults have received at least one dose, and the Biden White House had admitted it won’t meet that 70 percent goal in two days.

But to understand why, you have to look at the vaccination rates by state, according to CDC data, especially with the highly transmissible Delta variant spreading in the nation.

"It is clear that communities where people remain unvaccinated are communities where people remain vulnerable," said CDC Director Rochelle Walensky.

Indeed, of the 19 states (including D.C.) that have already hit 70 percent, Joe Biden carried every single one in 2020.

And of the 17 states that have yet to surpass even 60 percent, Donald Trump won them all with one exception: Georgia.

By the way, these state rankings are pretty much unchanged whether you’re looking at adults 18 and older, or at 12 and older.

And they’re mostly unchanged from when we looked at them a month ago.

Yes, the Reptilian shit really comes out of the old Conan short stories but David Icke, a very influential British conspiracy theorist, was  the one who linked extra-terrestrial reptilian theories with Jewish theories; crediting reptilians with the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and that sort of old school hate.

the percent of White people who have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose (47%) was roughly 1.4 times higher than the rate for Black people (34%) and 1.2 times higher than the rate for Hispanic people (39%) as of June 28, 2021. White people had a higher vaccination rate compared to Hispanic people in all reporting states, except Virginia, Vermont, and Missouri, and a higher rate than Black people in every reporting state, except Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho. However, the size of these differences varied widely across states. For example, White people were over twice as likely to have received a vaccine as Hispanic people in Colorado and South Dakota and had at least a two times higher vaccination rate than Black people in Florida, Iowa, and South Dakota. The overall vaccination rate across states for Asian people was higher compared to White people (62% vs. 47%), which is consistent with the pattern in most reporting states. However, Asian people had lower vaccinations rates than White people in six states (Colorado, Virginia, Utah, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota).

Sounds like mostly Republicans taking the vaccine.

I know before the masks mandates were removed, it also looked mostly like Republicans following the mask mandates, while urban people were wearing the masks below their noses or refusing to wear them just to starr shut with store owners. Republicans did not like the mask mandates largely, but were the biggest group to follow them.

When you describe your antagonism of anti masters and anti vaxxers, it's clear from the demographic of those who improperly or refuse to wear a mask and those who refuse to get vaccinated, that you are expressing your contempt for POC.

Why are liberals like this. You guys are so easily fooled. You had a good thing with occupy wallstreet, and were scaring the jewish billionaires. And then you let them subvert you and somehow turn the occupy movement into some weird thing about identity politics.

The occupy movement was doing so well. Sad

When you describe your antagonism of anti masters and anti vaxxers, it's clear from the demographic of those who improperly or refuse to wear a mask and those who refuse to get vaccinated, that you are expressing your contempt for POC.
Another good example of how Republicans are coopted by Orwellian doublethink:  anti-vaccine but also willing to believe they're more vaccinated, anti-mask but also willing to believe they wear more masks anyway.  The facts are totally irrelevant, you are told to believe something so you believe it until you are told to believe something else.

You extrapolated that more Republicans than Democrats have been vaccinated by looking a CDC report but
  • you ignore the fact that race was reported for only 57% of the vaccinated
  • you ignore that three of the whitest states made no report
  • you presume that all white people vote Republican which is badly mistaken.  Of  328,239,523 Americans in 2019 only 25% identify as Republican and only 81% of those were white.  31% identify as Democrats and 59% of those were white.   45% of Biden voters were white but you would count all  of those 36 million voters as Republicans.
  • Not to mention, you only had to click the next page to get Kaiser's racial breakdown on vaccinations, where your own evidence refutes you thoroughly:
    • Kaiser estimates that only 52% of Republicans have been vaccinated compared to 86% of Democrats
    • Of those who resolve to never get COVID vaccine, only 7% are black, 12% Hispanic, but 69% white.
    • Of those who resolve to never get COVID vaccine, 58% identify as Republican but only 18% identify as Democrat
  • If we are estimating that 70% rate is where herd immunity kicks in, then Democratic enclaves are already well protected while Republican enclaves continue to be at high risk (and should therefore continue to wear masks while that is no longer necessary in the company of Democrats)
Let's also note that your source also advises that at the height of the epidemic, 87% of all Democrats reported always wearing a mask outside of the house compared to only 55% of Republicans.  No wonder almost all new cases and corona deaths are now in Republican enclaves.

You are the only one talking about the occupy movement.  The subject was how your reduction of Jews to alien reptiles falls in line with the right wing tradition of de-humanizing ethnic groups as a prequel to genocide.  The purpose of your OP was an explicit celebration of the mass death of Jews.
