You still have rights while incarcerated. I don't see why you should be restricted from voting.  If you wanted to wait till they are out of prison maybe since they have then done the time and  "paid the price".  Voting, unlike not getting your guns back, isn't a safety issue for anyone. Voting is about representation and that population should have some considering they are at the whim of the government while incarcerated.

If they can get a stimulus check they should be able to vote as a way of saying thanks
