I'll have mine up on the 5th. I have ACT on the 6th and a ton of other crap so I'll need to bide as much time as possible.

This is the official post for the Debate Art Tournament ROUND TWO.
what
-->
@BearMan
Resolved: On Balance, the Benefits of Genetically Modified Foods Outweigh the Harms. (taken from the NSDA)
I am finding the topic selection to be subpar on fairness. I suspect the NSDA wants people to research these issues for their educational value, as opposed to their debatability.

@BearMan
it has been conclusively proved GM crops are the future, if you want to debate science" nuclear fusion reactor is future in science based debates
-->
@shadow_712
@BearMan
I'm ok with a nuclear debate if my opponent thinks the current topic is unfair.
We could use the old Nuclear topic:
Resolved: The United States should increase its use of nuclear energy for commercial energy production.

@BearMan
we could maintain our current stances. I would be PRO, sounds like he would be CON

Nikunj said he didn't want it all to be involved with the US. It would be unfair to him if we debated about it. I'm trying to find a lot of resolutions that can be international but also relevant to the current date.
- Resolved, Cyber bullying should be considered a criminal offense
- Resolved: A public health emergency justifies limiting civil liberties.
-Resolved: A wealth tax is just.
-Resolved: Sin taxes are unjust.
-Resolved: On balance, cryptocurrency benefits emerging economies.
-Resolved: On balance, the benefits of creating the United States Space Force outweigh the harms.
These are the topics you can pick if you do not like the resolution.

These are the topics I like. Nikunj, you can narrow it down further if you'd like.

Resolved, Cyber bullying should be considered a criminal offense
Resolved: A public health emergency justifies limiting civil liberties.
These two topics are fairly international in scope.
Resolved: On balance, cryptocurrency benefits emerging economies.
this topic is also unfair and confusing emerging economies don't even have internet how to deal in crypto???????
avoid taxes and morality since mine and mrchris's justice systems are very different, I come from a socialist country so it will only confuse all of you.

@shadow_712
Thanks, I'll get back to you on which one I want to debate.
