I tried today and the vpn works and dart is available In China, but vpn is illegal in China and I am afraid of dart will be fundamentally banned in China.

it's illegal but everyone does it anyways lmao. there's a word for it too, it's called 翻墙 (wall flip). i'm not encouragin you to do illegal activities but dart probably won't be banned.

If I can view it as a guest then why not just either fully enable it or fully ban it? Is there any reason why it should only be partially banned?
