Why i block and who

I will make a general explanation of why i block people, generally there are 3 reasons.

1: continual disregarding of rules. This can range from constantly going off topic on my threads, to the person doing direct attacks, fighting words or trolling and personal attacks to me, or being done more consistently to others.

2: religious views. This is probably the biggest reason, its not that i hate you or anything, you just simply disregard and/or mock my views of God. If there is a desire for you to learn about God, ill do what i can to help nuture that. But these people simply dont care about God and tend to do DA or PA against me (DA direct attacks, PA personal attacks) or use fighting words.

3: ya ticked me off, i got angry and blocked ya so that i dont make the situation worse. OR we just simply disagree too much.

No call outs and i probably wont respond to anything but direct genuine questions of when and why i blocked ya.

No, i block you because of your disrespect and your promotion of a false gospel, you and your friend is blocked for the same reason. If you ever want to know the real gospel, let me know.

A. Because you are intolerant of alternative ideas

B. Therefore you only wish to preach rather than debate.

Millions believe in your god guy and millions don't....If you're going to participate in a global debate forum then you are going to have to get used to the fact that, alternative points of view abound.

Hopefully your behaviour is only indicative of a conditioned immaturity and not indicative of more an insidious intolerance.

I think that's a bad reason to block people. Instead of blocking, why not try to talk with them about your views?

Your views of a possible god are merely your views of a possible god.

Having an alternative opinion is having an alternative opinion.

Therefore disagreement is not mocking, but merely disagreement.

Refusing to accept that others have alternative opinions, is intolerance.

Preaching is for the pulpit, not for the debate forum.

I do not ask you why you blocked me, nor will I block you in revenge. I respect that you blocked me and others, rather than be one of these 'only cowards block' fools. Block who you want and enjoy the website.

I could understand his case with the other 4 requests, as he is consistently asking for the user to have more power to remove annoyance from their site experience.

However, when he asked number 2, I am confused what he wants.

It seems to be a demand to remove all the trolling rules from the site, which is directly against his previous opposition to changing the focus away from such vagueness.
He even insisted people should be automatically banned if anyone accuses them of trolling... So probably an accident in grammar, ending up saying the opposite of what he meant it to say.

to clarify, there was a meep at that time that had to do with trolling. However, it ended up in a manner i was not happy with at that time.

I do believe people shouldnt troll others and insult others. but blocking and proper adjustment of javascript can make the words disappear.

Because they have issues which they are unable to deal with.

One can only guess that their formative conditioning was quite strict.

We must remain tolerant.

Though it is quite clear that they do read our responses, so their block is more a sort of defiant arrogance than an effective avoiding strategy.

In fact the whole blocking thing is pretty pointless really. Because blocking inevitably stimulates a response, and human nature dictates that the blocker is unlikely to ignore our comments.

And the religious debates will carry on ad-infinitum......... Well, unless GODDO pops out from behind a cloud one day doing happy-hands.

also, there are alternate ways of truely blocking someone, certain apps and webviewer and javascript manipulation can block out words and links on my UI.

Instead of asking why you blocked me.  
I'm a guess. 
 You blocked me because, ,,,,,,,,,,,, your a blocker. 
You come from a long line of blockers. 

What would  a block function in real life look like.     
And if someone you blocked ( in real life )  tried talking to you. 

Imagine if real life blocking were like this. 
You can say anything you want but you just cant look at em
