I disagree from religious perspective.we are made to serve God, not everything he wants me to do has to be agreed with, but it does help if i do. And by submission to him, i become a better person. And i trust in him when things happen i dont consent to.

That is why I am not a Christian. I still allow your view as I allow any view as long as the subject is still moral(I don't support rape, etc.).

My view is that We should be free from God as we are made to serve ourselves. We live to live and reproduce as we are alive and we are organisms. If we abandon ourselves in order to serve an arbitrary object, then it would not make much sense. I think it is much better to serve yourself.

I mean, you aren't disagreeing since your decision to trust God is under your consent. Trusting God is also trusting yourself, When you do things under God's words, you are also doing it in your consent.

I mean, Dr.Franklin was correct. 

I firstly don't agree with his notion, though self reliance is important, what I am saying is that his ethos contradicts Christian ethos.
