So you want to create a jury of biased individuals to judge people? That is a horrible idea. People who have been the victim of a specific type of crime are much less likely to be objective on the subject. They are much more likely to take the side of the accuser. That would completely corrupt the judicial system.

You bring up one person to try to "prove" objectivity??? Women especially are likely to believe "victims". Kinda where the whole "believe all women" crap started (in feminist circles). How about an unbiased jury of peers who rely on evidence instead of people being blinded by potentially misplaced empathy?
Now, I will say that Biden probably did it because he is creepy af, and there is that suspicious Larry King clip, but I won't say anything for certain.
I'm not sure if this is a "leftist" hypocrisy so much as a "believe all women" hypocrisy. As stated above, many leftists have favored due process for everyone all along. And many in the "believe all women" crowd have in fact disavowed Joe Biden (primarily for Bernie Sanders, and have refused to vote for Biden).
A lot of Joe Biden supporters are independents, moderates, or Never Trumpers... and I use the term "supporters" loosely.
I agree the media should be paying more attention to this, but to be fair, all anyone is covering is Covid19.
