Is this a new policy for call-outs or are you making an exception in this case because you favor this call-out in particular and know that ramdatt will not respond, thus allowing the thread by default?

A. The call-out policy has been changed to allow call-out threads with the consent of the target.
or
B. You made an exception in this case.
