I do it whenever there's a relevant social event at the local skating place, and I always enjoy myself when I skate. But I don't do it as a sport or anything, nor do I go up there by myself.

Are distance runners run a 4:21 time so...

The best runner on my HS team sophmore year, who was 4th best in the state, got a time of 4:26 for his mile. Most HS long distance runners can't break 4:30.
