Feel like we should unpin this

Do we even need signups to mod a QF?

EDIT: I feel like we can also condense the mafia guide and mafia resources into one thread. I can C/P info from each into a new thread that we could then pin?

Quickfire does seem to be a good idea for some games, but I would estimate that it can easily be handled within the main sign up thread.
