I think Supa is town reading Grey because he always starts by claiming when he's town. I don't think it's a good reason, though, because Grey has done it as mafia as well.

Strong theming here. But I don't really think overall that Helmut Zemo. And Helmut doesn't really want to die in all sense. He wants venegance and was about to kill himself before T'Challa convinced him not too. Very oblique reading into it
