The link that follows addresses some types of crime in the ninth was crime city in US, Richmond CA, where town pays criminals to not commit crimes and it not is working it saves.


So basically this appears to be about a minimal standard of subsistence to save state/nation/etc  money.

Of course this is taking place in a 1st world country but duh, it sure makes sense and the data appears to bear this out.

They state that many of the crimminals do not even requrie or request the whole $1000.00 a month.

Reminds of when Nixon was president and he commissioned a study heroin abusers and found that that medical programs to get them off heroin worked most of the time, but Nixons staff convinced him was not the politically smart thing to do so the program was never started.  :--( Sad.

This sounds like something stupid idio-ump would also do.  Remember when they passed out clean needles to the addicts { 1990's? }.

Remember when condoms were encouraged to youth? Remember how many women have died because of no place to get a safe abortion?

Does any republicans understand what the word 'prevention' actually means?

I dunno what the options are, only the results that were given. Reread #1 and practice any comprehension skills you  may have access to.

You also need to learn how prevention of anything detrimental, is always a win-win best option.

If it prevents otherwise detrimentals from occurring then yes.  You want to paint humans societal issue realities into simple black { us }  and white { them }.  This is so very narrow minded when what humanity needs is to be more broad minded.

The alternatives were seeing are immoral. This occurring because of the same people who want to see Roe vs Wade overturned. Sick-n-the-head people.
