I say not. a good BLT bread is perfect. No need to toast it. You can toast other sandwiches, but not blts.
Is toasting bread in a BLT the right way?

What about a BLT sub? That is my most common order at Subway an I always have the bread toasted.
The bread should be grilled not toasted and butter used on the grill prior to placing it down
I suggest pan heating or grilling the tomatoes also, it brings out its sweetnessÂ
When it comes to any kind of sandwiches never toast or grill them or anything. I like my sandwiches with soft bread. But when it comes to your morning spread always toast it.

I don't care either way. I just have one question: as a squid, how do you keep the sea water from getting into your BLT?

Yes!

I can hold my breath for a couple of minutes, so I just eat it on land.

Do you eat at Subway occasionally and if so what do you usually order?
-->
@Discipulus_Didicit
Sometimes, and I don't really have a specific sandwich I like, however, it must have,
white cheese,
ham,
mayo
Sometimes I get meatballs.
You're making me hungry.

Cool. One more reason to like squids.

Birds are cool too. Knights, however, are best.

Maybe a regular knight, but not an internet knight!

Okay, just curious then about what your opinion regarding toasted bread on subs is. I understand you are against it for regular sandwiches but subs are certainly a different food altogether. This is (probably) my last question for you.
