It would be interesting to have -as many forums do- a count of the amount of views a topic gets.
This idea has visited my mind for quite a few times but at this point we barely have any people using the website so I guess those counters would have rather limited use. But I will probably add it nevertheless, it's not that difficult to implement after all, I'll just need to decide on what should be considered a view, because it has some gotchas.

From my own experience on other forums I think it would generate more views, more posts and inevitably more members.
It shows the amount of interest and causes others to get involved either for or against.
