Why can Bsh1 say 'Lol' again and again to garner forum post points but banned Dr.Franklin for it?

But in all seriousness, Franklin was banned quite a long time ago, and was banned for posting literally 100+ identical posts in the space of an hour.
No one's posts are always substantive, and fluff is always going to be allowed. There is a big difference between saying "lol" or "+1" or "eh" or whatever here and there, and actually spamming.

Bad no no, spam in a useless forum where no one would suspect it. Then cover it up with one or two forum serious forum posts to appear on the surface of the forum, like under "recent post" GET an auto-clicker because there is a glitch where you can press the post button multiple times and it shows up that way, I have gotten over 15 posts many times from that glitch, it's perfect. Also do in the early morning or very late at night, maybe in the middle of the day works when no one is on.

this is literally DOSing the DART server:
GET an auto-clicker because there is a glitch where you can press the post button multiple times and it shows up that way, I have gotten over 15 posts many times from that glitch, it's perfect.
