I'm not sure I agree with bsh's methods here. If he were really trying to get to the bottom of things he would've PM'd me by now. I can only assume he doesn't really care and is just appeasing the RM/Supa types until they shut up about it.

I am unable to distinguish between Space and Tyrone. While I grant that it is possible that they are different people, there is an enormous amount of undeniable overlap. Space admits to sharing an IP with Tyrone and admits it is possible that they have a device type match (like the one I found). They also have an established history of multi-accounting. While I will not be banning either (because I don't believe the evidence rises to the higher standard needed to justify a ban), I feel that the evidence is sufficient to take the following two steps. First, I will not be counting both Tyrone's and Space's proposed nomination--I will count just Space's as his vote was cast first. Second, I will not be counting both of their nominations to the Hall of Fame--I will count just Tyrone's nominations as he has the most support.

On the issue of vote coordination, I have received assurances from Thett that no explicit decision about who to nominate was made by the alleged conspirators. Thett did acknowledge, however, that they wanted to construct such a plan, but were unable to get their act together. Based on the evidence of which I am aware, it is plausible that Thett voted by himself and then was sheeped by the others. The close timing of their votes can be explained by Thett or someone else reaching out to the others and alerting them to the fact that the HOF process was taking place (without precisely requesting them to vote a certain way). So, there may not have been an explicit plan, but there certainly were cues given about how the others should vote. If this is what indeed occurred, it skirts along the edges of the rules, but I don't think it breaks them. The goal of the anti-coordination clause was to prevent explicit efforts to skew the HOF results. What they did was too cute by far, but I am not sure it is actionable. So, while I personally doubt the veracity of the denials of vote coordination, I will not be voiding their votes, unless new evidence or analysis comes to light.

Your personal opinion on what is deserved or not are irrelevant to the corruption and bullshit 'too cute' excuse for allowing what happened. It wasn't cute, I didn't enjoy it. I win regardless, I still hate it. It's not about me, if you honestly don't feel sick about what happened here, and do not seriously worry for Bsh1's competence as a chief mod at this point, I don't know what to fucking say.

everyone voted deserves to be on there, besides a couple (which i am not going to discuss). i honestly said i don't care at all about my spot, but a lot people do, and i said to check in.
