I know, I know, but it's a damn shame town is wasting verification on me when the role is already easily verifiable with a test vote from Ragnar.
I would think it goes without saying that role verification =/= affiliation verification.
Though in a well designed game, I wouldn't expect Mafia to be able to give Mafia extra votes, so if it works, is at least say that both Grey and Ragnar can't be scum. At least one has to be town.

I agree. If it grey was mad, then his role would have to have the stipulation he could only target townies, but I don't see the roles being that complex.

I understand why the mod would lie to preserve the integrity of the game above preserving his own integrity. He had to choose the lesser of two evils. I mean who gets the scum PM without a list of their team mates.

My theory is you don't give a shit about that slip up. I have never got a scum PM though without a list of my scum mates. What is the theory as to why the o ly part of that PM that was left out were who your team mates were?
It's like an an arrogance thing. "I am so good I can be confirmed scum and still win"
Also better players tend to have a hard time explaining why the still exist at mylo, and more often than not start claiming unkillable roles. Not unusual to pass up on the NK so they can claim they are confirmed later.
I feel like I should have kept that theory secret though.because you already know what my next move is
