There have been multiple attempts to make a global language like, of example, Esperanto. But I think languages are very fascinating as it shows the culture of a place which I think's really fascinating.

Culture is assumed differences.
Generally, relative to past events.
People on one side of a line continuing to assume that they are different to people on the other side of the line, simply based on the previous activities of their dead ancestors.

Not quite sure what you mean.
But ultimately everyone has the same ancestors anyway.
People tend to just cherry pick fairly recently stuff and turn it into culture and assumed differences.
