This one was way better than your last one
-->
@WaterPhoenix
I could see why you would think that and most people do
Soft boi/lofi tends to be more repetition and melody with slow drums. This is just a regular slow beat I make. A lot of people don't think lofi, so you fall into that category. A lot of lofi/soft boi type people liked 1st more than second/

There were many areas looking back I could have fixed to make this track amazing. I easily could have increased tempo from 90bpm to 110bpm to have a more boppy song
working on a killer beat right now. using a different software with different loops, but i think it will turn out in my favor

@Vader
Ya sure but at 1:13 there is (and correct me if I'm wrong) some type of g major thing going on which doesn't make sense as your melody/ostinato is in c minor and those things are way apart on the circle of fifths. If you changed the harmony to g minor I think it would sound better or maybe it was in g minor and out of tune. You could also just stop the c minor ostinato thing and just do a really easy V to I at the end to finish it off and skip the last part or just make the last part to the second to last part and make that 1:13 part to the last part.

Programs I usually use draw it out so there is not a different between the two chords. I should have went deeper on the chord for sure ngl, but it keeps a nice rhythm and beat. A lot of successful lofi beats do a scale for a certain object and pull it off. Some hip hop do it too.
I was playing around with soft boi/lofi, so maybe I should have scaled down manually, but oh well. Still a good beat either way that Im 100% proud of

@Vader
oh wow that was really really really good like it was way better than all the other ones you made it actually sounds a song you'd hear on a lofi radio or something, that's like way better than anything i've ever composed, wait how long did it take you to make that whole thing?
-->
@WaterPhoenix
1-2hrs
-->
@Vader
Wow, do you have perfect pitch
-->
@WaterPhoenix
I believe there was but not sure. Don’t think so
-->
@Vader
What? Perfect Pitch ya know the ability to like tell which notes are which just by hearing them?
-->
@WaterPhoenix
oh I thought it was a feature. Ig I do
-->
@Vader
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo your a goddddddddddddddd you have no idea how lucky you are if you have perfect pitch only like some people have it and I'd do like almost anything to have perfect pitch no wonder you can compose so quickly. I mean people w/ o perfect pitch can also compose just not as quick, i mean if you learn enough theory then people w/o perfect pitch can compose really quick too but that's insane if you have perfect pitch
-->
@WaterPhoenix
Looked up the technical definition. Yes I do have perfect pitch but not really in the sense of naming pitches. I can regonize the same pitch of a song without knowing what it is, but telling from it by audio and recording
-->
@WaterPhoenix
I never did band so I don't know names of keys, but from audio alone, I can tell which pitch matched which
