Mafia is a relatively small thing on this site. You and I could collaborate on an unofficial leader board thread and petition for that thread to be stickied if it becomes popular but I think that is the best we can hope for.

We could even retroactively add stats from all the previous games in the sites history. I would be willing to put in leg work but I am skeptical that an elo would be a good idea (which is what it sounds like when you say algorithm). Given the small player sample size and town vs mafia dynamic it would be really easy to screw up.
PM me as to whether you have an idea for an algo already prepared and we can talk more in-depth.
At some point I even wanted to create a separate section of the website dedicated to Mafia but it proved to be too time consuming.
