In my first reply to you, did you take the time to read the medals?

I am afraid I don't understand your question. If you wonder why you have fewer medals, then it's because you don't get medals simply for the forum posts, there are other things to do too, please read the medals descriptions. If you wonder why forum posts counter lags, then it's also normal, some counters are not real-time, the values are delayed for around 3-5 mins. But, if you create forum posts and the counter doesn't change even after 5 mins, then it's a bug and I will need to look into it. Just test it and ping me later :)

You have already got all the medal for forums posts. There are 3.

Now you would have to vote, create, win debate and various other things. Alec has done some of that which is why he has more medals.

Basically 500 forum posts is all you need to get all the forum medals and about 300 mentions. More than that is useless for medals. In order to get more read your medals sections and see what you haven't done.
