There's a time limit, and your computer/browser is also a factor. The website itself seems to work smoothly if my device is working properly. Those are all the quirks that I'm aware of.
I've edited this multiple times to verify for you. Dr. Franklin's device doesn't seem to like the website. You could try refreshing the page that has material you would like to edit, or opening in another browser. You can also check for updates.

Topics/Posts/Comments can be edited only in the first 30 mins after the creation. If you have some other problems which are not explained by the sentence before this one, please let me know.
