If all these countries were to unite under one government, they should just become part of the United States.
If Canada doesn't want to be in the US, they don't have to join, although it would be eventually be encouraged and would be inevitable. Greenland, if settled by Americans, could join though. It would benefit Greenland and the US a lot. All optional.
