show me one piece of evidence that someone outside the militia was entitled to a gun?  you can't do it as there's no evidence for that.

good. so when "the people" need to form a militia some time in the future to overthrow a socialist tyranny to reclaim their rights from the government, every person should already have gun(s) in their home.

You don't really think that right to bear arms only applies at the moment that "the people" need to form a militia, do you? By then it would be too late to stop a tyrannical government.

I like how that video says that the 2nd A isn't a right given to us by government. It is a natural right given to us by god(or natural science if you are atheistic) for self preservation which is then recognized by government. The constitution then requires the government to protect that right for self preservation.

1st Amendment...natural right for self determination through speech.

2nd Amendment...natural right for self preservation through weapons.

No other nation on the planet protects these natural rights.

bwuahahahahahaha someone who believes absolutely in the right to kill school children thinks I need to fix my ignorance. Here's a fix. Nobody, including governments, have the right to kill people, children or not. That's your ignorance defeated.

Socialism doesn't impose tyranny, that's the fascism that your combeover is imposing. The right to bear arms in order to over throw what you claim is the most powerful country in the world is like demanding the right to carry sharp sticks against tanks, it's fucking stupid.

Here is the truth that you won't understand until it's too late.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

who believes there is an absolute right to kill school children?  yeah that is very ignorant if you believe that or believe others believe that.  Governments do order people to kill others, they don't need or care if they have a right to do so, they justify it.  I know I've been harsh on you but now that I think of it, are you like in middle school because that would explain a lot and I would feel bad for being so harsh.

lemmings are happy to live in a gilded cage, it's funny when people say other countries citizens have rights like the U.S., funny to me, sad for them.

"There is not a single word about an individual’s right to a gun for self-defense or recreation in Madison’s notes from the Constitutional Convention. Nor was it mentioned, with a few scattered exceptions, in the records of the ratification debates in the states. Nor did the U.S. House of Representatives discuss the topic as it marked up the Bill of Rights. In fact, the original version passed by the House included a conscientious objector provision. “A well regulated militia,” it explained, “composed of the body of the peoplple, being the best security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, but no one religiously scrupulous of bearing arms, shall be compelled to render military service in person.”

"From 1888, when law review articles first were indexed, through 1959, every single one on the Second Amendment concluded it did not guarantee an individual right to a gun. The first to argue otherwise, written by a William and Mary law student named Stuart R. Hays, appeared in 1960."

how the NRA rewrote the second amendment

i stopped watching after he evaded the question about people outside the militia age limits. he just said old people had guns too, but didn't say what gave them the right to a gun if they were in a militia. what about public officials who weren't in militia or people outside the age limits or priests and people like that? half the country wasn't in the militia after all.

i had one request. show me evidence of those outside the militia having a right to a gun. you failed that test.

it'd also be much better to write a short statement or cite something in writing, instead of a convoluted video.

i do beleive people have a God given right to self defense, and most of the time that involves a run. i just dont think it's in the constitution, and it's not best to put it there like that.

who believes there is an absolute right to kill school children?
ALL of you 2nd amendment defenders.believe that or believe others believe that.

Governments do order people to kill others,
That doesn't give them the right.
I know I've been harsh on you
I missed that, in my world you failed to respond to any of my posts, i considered that to be a result of your teenage years. I take a perverse pleasure in taking the piss out of the children who post on here.

he didn't evade it, he explained it, you should have watched it all the way lol
yeah they had guns too and people weren't arrested for having them etc, gun ban laws were struck down, background checks are a modern thing, you could mail order guns and have them shipped directly to you, so all that time 100+ years no one ever successfully challenged it and you still need proof?  what more do you need lol

i do beleive people have a God given right to self defense

you can't believe that with any honesty if you'd limit how and what a person can use for self defense.

you show me evidence of those outside the militia NOT having a right to a gun.

obviously they did and were not arrested for doing so, there was NO law prohibiting them from having a gun and the Constitution says they can so....

No other nation on the planet protects these natural rights
Weve seen USA peoples natural rights to life to be violated many times by police officers in recent years because of iphone converage.

Those with money and power go free and that is USA violation of others natural right to justice being served.

Those with out money, power or of color best have had there natural rights not served by USA for many years.

Your living in a unicorn world-of-fantasy.  Old news.

Yeah, people work really hard and just voluntarily hand whatever they make to lazy fucks that made all the bad choices in life and produce nothing.

All redistribution is by force and tyranny.
