I want voters to be informed on this.

Pros to ads: 

-Generates more revenue which would provide an incentive DebateArt.com to make the site better.

Cons to ads:

-They look ugly.
-They can contain inappropriate messages.

Whatever your decision, please state why otherwise the vote won't count. 

I personally to start off pick yes because I want Mike motivated to improve the site and if that means supplying him with more money from the ad revenue, so be it.

Yeah, ads is an ugly solution, I don't like it either :/ But as an alternative, we could add fake buttons that would redirect users to some porn sites and those would pay us the referral reward.

If placed correctly they are not a bother. Since money is always an issue I have no problem with them. Especially since I am not donating.

Right now, the number of pageviews, and site traffic is likely only to result in a few dollars a month of ad revenue - In return for making the website look worse, and with the potential to turn people off.

Once the page views increase by a factor of 20, there’d be enough to cover underlying costs, and pay for site maintenance and updates - that’s the only time it should be considered.

No I am not about the layout or something. Simply a color palette. Design stuff will remove the simplicity of the site. Colors I think or at least I hope so is easy to add.

He's not offering ads just for the sake of the ads, but for the purpose of covering the expenses on hosting and maybe buying some coffee to our mods.
