FreedomToons is great in general

@Mharman
Yeah, funny,intelligent and destroyes liberals
Definitely not helping minorities
Affirmative school vouchers would be more helpful, maybe money into urban renewal and expanding opportunities for minorities to invest in themselves. Maybe pay fathers to stay home and be fathers could help alot too.

Another easily discredited conservative sophistry. If anyone had bothered googling they would see that black / white graduation rates at Harvard and other Ivy League schools are fairly close, and much closer than at schools where race-based affirmative action is illegal (e.g. UC Berkely) https://cdn.jbhe.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/gradrates-topranked2013.png

Its an example

@Dr.Franklin
The American plutocracy uses race to divide and rule the American proletariat. We must embrace our brown brothers and unite against the ruling class. Only then will we end capitalist oppression.
-->
@Death23
So you want socialism or communism?
I know capitalism is bad but I doubt the progress in technology will be similar under socialism or communism.

@TheRealNihilist
Whichever system happens to be in the best interests of the people depending on the facts and circumstances of each case. Socialization can be the answer where the free market fails or where the free market would be impracticable. The streets have long been socialized without controversy, and this seems to be in the best interests of the people as a system of private roads would be impractical. On the other hand competition in a free market system encourages innovation like you're saying. There should not be blind ideological adherence to one system or another, but a choice between one or the other with a decision guided by the facts and circumstances.

"capitalist oppression."
Explain???

@Death23
What are for then? A mixed economy?There should not be blind ideological adherence to one system or another, but a choice between one or the other with a decision guided by the facts and circumstances.
It would have the free market plus socialist policies. You can decide the slant in whichever direction you want.

@Death23
You forgot about this:

@TheRealNihilist
Your source shows their wages going up by 10% over 50 years. They can get better, more productive jobs if they want higher wages.
-->
@Death23
Much of the shift for the bottom 50% is comprised in student debt according to this graph

@Alec
Your source shows their wages going up by 10% over 50 years. They can get better, more productive jobs if they want higher wages.
Look at the second to last graph titled "Wage increases in the U.S. rise to the top earners". Come back to me when you have seen it.
Where in anywhere of the source I brought up did they mention "their wages going up by 10% over 50 years"?
I am not spending time debunking what you said later on until you give more detail.

@TheRealNihilist
Alec's strong suit is not arithmetic.

@disgusted
The graph title was words not letters. The graph was also easy to read simply showing the rich have their wages increasing whereas everyone barely even nudge. So I don't see what problem he has.Alec's strong suit is not arithmetic.

@TheRealNihilist
Many?

@disgusted
What do you mean?Many?
Who cares if wealthy people create exponential wealth? Wealth is not a zero sum game, nor does it grow on trees without extremely motivated whackadoos willing to work 20 hours a day investing in themselves to become insanely competent producers of society. I mean, how do you think doctors and engineers appear...on the doctor tree?
Why aren't everyone so hypermotivated to study 20 hours a day to become a doctor?
Wealth inequality is a symptom of people inequality. We should destroy the genetic material of all non doctor types so we can have a population of crazy people that never sleep and only hyper produce and hyper invest in themselves.
The Khmer rouge had the right idea all along with their killing fields.
