As a kid: Heart of Darkness - Breakfast of Champions - Wuthering Heights - For Whom the Bell Tolls... and as much as I hate to admit it, The Fountainhead. Roark was an awesome character. The Poe short stories, The Raven, Fall of the House of Usher, Pit and Pendulum, Telltale Heart. Then it was most of Dickens, Dostoevsky and Oscar Wilde. Of course, who didn't read and enjoy Carroll, Jules Verne and Dr. Seuss. Hunter S Thompson was always good for side splitting laughter. The list goes on and on...
