Hello all! We will be sending a representative to the Mafia Universe Season 6 championships. The deadline to select a representative is April 26. We will accept nominations until Monday, 4/15 and vote on the nominees at that point. Anyone who has played at least one mafia game on DART is eligible.

It is a world championship where over 150 (maybe even over 200) different sites send representatives to compete in a series of mafia games. I was the representative for debate.org last year, and it was an awesome experience. Before me, Yraelz represented debate.org and was a top 3 finisher in the entire tournament.
I nominate Virtuoso, as he was supposed to be the DDO rep last year and was unable to.

He was ThinkBig. Definitely all good options. I will say it is quite time consuming. I spent probably four or more hours a day on it.

I'd like to think I did well. I did not advance from my preliminary game. About 30% of players do, and my game advanced about 10% of that 30%, so my particular game was very competitive. I believe that of the 170+ players, we had at least 3 of the finalists.
So essentially I did alright but not great.

It’s subjective. Each preliminary game has one person advance directly to the finals and either one or two to semifinals based on a vote of the players in the game. From there, a “jury” composed of the finalists from the previous season fills out the remaining spots in the semis.
