From the article: "We should encourage our hard-working members of the TSA, the ATC, our flight attendants and pilots, and even the ground crews to go on strike if our incompetent government puts us through yet another pointless shutdown. "

What are your thoughts? Should government employees work without pay? How would you feel if they went on strike?

I would imagine not, though I dont imagine that the shut down would last long if they did go on a strike.

Not to mention it might give the government and the workers a reason to privatize those sectors.

Contractors fare worse than federal employees during a shutdown, so I'm not sure privatization would do anything to fix things. [LINK]

If it was privatized the shut down would not effect them

Yep. There is no real reason for the government to hire TSA when the airports can do the same thing more efficiently and with less cost.

22 Airports already have replaced TSA with private screeners.

I see.  You're talking about dissolving the entire federal budget.  Good luck with that.

No. We are talking about the specific jobs involving the airline and airline security being taken over by the airlines. Nothing to do with the whole Federal budget. Drama queen.

Just to be clear, are you advocating privatization of the Border Patrol, FDA, IRS, EPA, FAA, Fish and Wildlife Service?

What does the word "might" mean to you in your indoctrinated marxist dictionary?

In the specific context of your sentence, it was used to indicate a possibility that this could be used in order to justify the privatization of those sectors, which you seem to be implying is a good thing, hence giving the appearance that you’re  advocating privatization of the Border Patrol, FDA, IRS, EPA, FAA, Fish and Wildlife Service.

if you’re going to try and gaslight people, at least try and not be retarded about it.
