Like, really, when you work out, your goal is to have bigger arms. So just workout biceps, triceps, wrists and shoulders.

Some workouts like plank also workout chest, but they are one of the best exercises for triceps.

So when it comes to triceps, I only do planks for them.

As for biceps, I just do two exercises. One is lifting weight by curling arm all the way. The other is just tensing muscles for as long as I can.

Now, the way to work out biceps without weights is to create resistance with your body, like lifting your leg or pulling your arm.

You ever seen pictures of those guys who run the strong lifts program. Seriously Google them they work legs as much as other body parts, but legs grow faster and literally ever strong lifts guy looks like a horse. Seriously PPL is a good routine but you only need to work legs once a week

Also, I listen to binaural beats for muscle growth and which promote growth hormone. Not sure how much will binaural beats help, but my goal is to build 16 inch arm very soon. I know it takes time, but I kinda want it as soon as possible.

Your heart is the fist-size muscular center of your cardiovascular system. Some 100,000 times a day, it pumps about 10 pints of oxygenated blood from your lungs out through 60,000 miles of veins and capillaries to your farthest extremities.
But your heart gets help from an unexpected source, according to the latest thinking from cardiovascular experts. You have a “second heart” that plays a crucial role in your body’s circulatory system — your calf muscles.
“One heart pump has enough power to send blood to every part of the body, reaching your lower legs in seconds,” writes phlebologist Sonja Stiller, MD, in a blog for the Center for Advanced Vein Care in Mentor, Ohio. “Once the blood has reached every part of the body, the veins have to carry the oxygen-depleted blood back to the heart and through the lungs, where it will receive a supply of oxygen. However, since the blood is flowing against gravity, sending it toward the heart will take more than a single pump from the heart. For this reason, the body uses the calf muscles to pump blood from your lower legs back to the heart.”

Underused legs with poor circulation are a big social health problem.

I see it all the time in my line of work.

Still, I prefer big and strong arms to strong legs. I can work on legs later once I achieve the 16 inch arm, which some say takes a year, but I hope my overeating and drinking 6 liters of water per day speeds up the process. Also, binaural beats could help too.

You need strong arms to perform CPR.

Just to be clear, planks done with one arm are much superior than planks done with both arms.

Depends on what your goal is. If all you care about are your arms then cool, but having some muscle groups that are well stronger than others can lead to injuries, plus off you're interested in weight management the legs use up way more energy so it helps you stay fit. Plus, do you really want chicken legs? That just looks terrible.

But other than that, go for it.

What if you get someone else to do the planks?

They say there is a stronger than normal correlation between thigh mass and life span. Peobably because they r the biggest body muscles and aid in respiratory health

Your calf muscle, which is located at the back of your lower leg, pumps blood out of your leg and back to your heart, eliminating toxins through the lungs, ...

Because being able to run away, run to an objective, lift with your legs, hike long distances, maintain your footing, can be useful skills.
I suppose pullups can be useful in some situations.

I imagine working out all of your body is best,
Maintain your bone mass in what bones you can in older age.
Maintain flexibility and mobility.

I distribute Meds to fat lazy people who have developed cellulitis and leg ulcers.

Not a pretty sight.

You must do a lot of deliveries seeing how many are fat lay people.
