I would suggest that the primary qualification should be knowledge and the ability to apply it.
Anyone can be fit enough.
Maybe dick size isn't so important in this type of working environment... Unless it is a new resuscitation method that I don't know about.

I'm uncertain about Blacks being better athletes,
Some of what I've read suggests certain sports have been culturally gravitated to by Black Americans.
I've also read arguments such as 'specific groups within ethnic groups

I imagine there are good and bad athletes of many races.

I'd assume a mix of culture and evolution. Just a guess on my part though.
An example in another part of the world.

To be a good long distance runner like the Kenyans they have to have better stamina.
