Thinking on it,
There 'are some murder situations where I might go the Jury Nullification route,
But I don't see how the murder of a Healthcare CEO is 'justified.
. . .
Hm, a Fathers child is molested by their male Judo instructor,
Father shoots the molester on their way to court.
I might not convict.
I think that it should have been addressed through the Legal system.
But I do not think the Father is likely to shoot someone again.
I do not think the Fathers actions if excused, will give possible rise to copycats. Well, 'maybe it would.
What the molester did was illegal, and seen as a great wrong.
. . .
What did the CEO do?
I'm not saying the CEO 'didn't do something, but I've not read into such.
. . .
Even if the Judo instructor was a hot woman, I'd be inclined to vote to convict her,
To discourage her repeating said action or copycats,
But I'm not sure I'd be as angry at her in said case. Hm, Chauvinist and Homophobic of me I suppose,
But I don't 'think I 'approve of the Fathers action, even in the male instructor case.
