That has a lot to do with 3 strikes laws, not jim crow laws.

I misunderstood what you said, but yes I agree with you, what people are calling "racial discrimination" is actually the disadvantage of not being able to afford hiring a good attorney etc
when it comes to the law, the wealthy have a huge advantage, i'd even say an unfair one, but that's a different topic I suppose.
