How would this slip up happen if it wasn't a slip up from blatantly pre-planning the results

They can't plan results with that accuracy, that would imply a single central conspiracy, and if they could they certainly wouldn't risk preseeding the data to news stations there would be zero advantage and huge risk in doing so.

This is irrelevant, potentially controlled avalanches like Sydney Powell. What I mean by that is that they know there are a lot of stupid (no offense) Trump supporters who will cease on anything fishy. They want that so that they can "debunk" the theory, pretend it was the core of the contention; and then use that to convince stupid(ish) judges and members of the public that there are no problems what so ever.
