Well, discussion depends a bit on the 'type of vampire perhaps,
But you list some animal predetors and some human predetors,
Some fictional vampires end up killing their prey when they feed,
Some fictional vampires only need 'some life force.
I suppose some people could argue that if the killing vampire only ate crimminals, it wouldn't be evil,
But that's debatable.
Crimminal lives matter, some might argue.
I suppose one could compare it to a survival situation, such as murder and cannibalism on a lifeboat,
Though I think people would still generally find it more good to starve to death.
I suppose one could compare it to the choices people/countries make in life,
Often 'eating other people and countries figurativly,
In ways that lead to death, sweatshops, pushing garbage onto others, war, supporting war.
But if one is 'normative about vampires,
Really 'seems like the guy going around killing people is worse (Ack a 'feelings arguement, worthless).
I imagine there are individuals who kill others to take their organs for transplants,
Likely 'countries where crimminals might be selected for such,
Countries where 'crimminal is a loose definition.
And as I say this, it seems more and more selfish, more evil, killing vampires.
