I usually dont eat for several days just to gain more powers and attract the dark beings. It seems that hunger isnt a big problem, only lasts a day or two when person focuses on the goal of progress. A strange spiritual unknown world makes the person become aware, removing the chains which block advancement into the new time.

How much strength can one have? What hides beyond logic or observable facts? Who created these? Every invention in human history served as enslavement for the masses. Freedom which wanted the conquer of all the world, subjugated by their own choice, shaking the universe with horrible consequences.

Liberation, knowledge come at a price. The brain rises above previous self, improving, constant growth, extends further, shapes things, destroys the forms, creates others. High level thinking compared with low, like sea next the water drop.

For six years Siddhartha along with five companions practiced austerities and concentration. He drove himself mercilessly, eating only a single grain of rice a day, pitting mind against body. His ribs stuck through his wasted flesh and he seemed more dead than alive.

Last few days I only ate some leaves from willow tree, and some catkins. Being hungry feels good.

Being hungry also effects ones mental health, and therefore also affects ones ability to think rationally.

Hence dark beings and spiritual fantasy.

So B.K.  I would suggest a balanced diet and regular exercise.

What did he die of, over eating?

Traditional accounts relate that he died at the age of eighty in Kushinagara, after ingesting a tainted piece of either mushroom or pork. His body was cremated and the remains distributed among groups of his followers.

I suppose they went down well with a grain of rice, FLRW.
