Fun Fact: both Liz Cheney and Dick Cheney did not support Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

You once asked me to tell you who the deep state was and how I know they existed.
Look at the patterns over long periods of time, these are comparisons the propaganda news won't bring to your attention. There was a time dick chenney was darth vader for the anti-war democratic base.
Somehow despite being at the forefront of what would later become a deeply unpopular war, a war supported by many powerful democrats that continue to make appearances today, the media of the time could never quite bring themselves to criticize the war mongering when the war could still be stopped.
The deep state is defined by the agenda which can be observed by inference, the agenda that no controlled media will try to make a talking point of, in other words if it's presented as controversy on MSNBC or CNN it's not something the deep state cares about.
Dick Cheney is deep state because the deep state wants war, and it hardly matters if it's a deluded self-righteous warhawk who thinks you can bomb somebody into freedom or just like the money. Kamala Harris is deep state because the deep state is willing to make her the figurehead.
That's the connection between them.
Republican or democrat are meaningless. What matters is honest vs dishonest. What matters is deep state agenda or not. Trump is a threat because he makes controversy of the deep state agenda. He suggests deescalating conflict. He suggests stopping migration. He suggests tariffs. He suggests NATO be questioned. He suggested reducing the size of the bureaucracy and weakening their authority to create regulation.
If he had stuck to talking about approved subjects, things the deep state is not threatened by either way he would never have been branded racist orange hitler. The deep state loves it when the news cycle is dominated by transgender bathrooms, abortion, racism, failing infrastructure and the like. Their golden egg is in pharmaceutical and military government contracts and government forced market demand (covid shot).

And $green$ energy.
When a war criminal endorses a politician you don't like: "This guy must be evil if a war criminal is endorsing them"
When a war criminal endorses a politician you support: "The other person must be evil if even the war criminal sees how bad they are."

Well yes, but if you look at the numbers that is a side hustle compared to the military and pharmaceuticals.
The man whose guts you all hated until just now? The man you accused of literally starting a foreign war and murdering hundreds of thousands of Iraqis to gain some murky, undefined profit in the oil business (because conspiracy theories are hip and countercultural until Republicans start doing them)?
Am I supposed to be impressed that all it took was for him to bend the knee and say "orange man bad" for you to love him? Yeah, you're right. I am.

I suppose 8 years from now, Trump will condemn someone and all of a sudden they will think Trump is Jesus reincarnated!

Nobody will care what Trump does eight years from now.

@Sidewalker
That's what they said about Dick Cheney.

@n8nrgim
I would like to see Dick Cheney’s endorsement in a Harris campaign ad. That would be fun. More realistically though, I think he is just showing solidarity with his daughter.

One of my favorite SNL moments, skip to the last bit about Liz Cheney. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8h_N80qKYOM

@Moozer325
lol, that was a funny skit subtlety showing how the 2 parties are really the same and the differences are cosmetic. Anyone can be in any party.

Person supports person. I have no reason to care.
idk... two career politicians who only made a dollar from bloating the size of government and causing inflation, predatory policing, worsening economic conditions of the working class and upper-middle-class, and a skynet global surveillance system that censors people for having dissenting speech against their horrendous and dangerous policies would of course support the politician that will quadruple the misery and misfortune they have caused.
Additionally, many businesses will do great under Kamala Harris: the ones she will personally give out hundreds of billions of dollars in stolen money from taxpayers to. So it only makes sense they will support her campaign. She is going to forcefully redistribute wealth from the poor to the rich. What corrupt billionaire would not want a president who will pilfer poor Americans' savings accounts and hand the money over to them?
Harris is bad for America. It doesn't matter who endorses her. All of her policies are exactly what Venezuela did before it caused the greatest redistribution of wealth and freedom from the poor to the rich and created a totalitarian regime that oppresses, harms, and jails anyone who is not a member of the richest of the rich or opposes the horrific policies they enforce.
Here's a list of 12 figures who have supported Kamala Harris, many of whom have had hawkish or pro-military intervention stances in the past:
- Dick Cheney – Former Vice President and key architect of the Iraq War, recently expressed support for Kamala Harris, opposing Donald Trump
- Liz Cheney – Former U.S. Representative, known for her staunch defense of military intervention and opposition to Trump, has endorsed Kamala Harris and vowed to campaign for her.
- Hillary Clinton – Former Secretary of State and proponent of military intervention in Libya and the broader Middle East, endorsed Harris as a Vice Presidential candidate and continues to support her.
- James Mattis – Former Secretary of Defense under Trump, while not directly endorsing Harris, has been highly critical of Trump's military policies and has supported a strong, interventionist U.S. military presence.
- John Bolton – Former National Security Advisor, known for his hawkish views on military interventions, especially in Iran and North Korea, has expressed admiration for Democrats who take strong stances against Trump, though not an explicit Harris supporter.
- Susan Rice – Former National Security Advisor, involved in military interventions during the Obama administration (e.g., Libya), has publicly supported Kamala Harris.
- Leon Panetta – Former CIA Director and Secretary of Defense, a proponent of strong military actions, endorsed the Biden-Harris ticket during the 2020 campaign.
- Michael Hayden – Former CIA Director and NSA head, known for his role in defending military interventions post-9/11, has expressed support for the Biden-Harris administration in opposition to Trump.
- Colin Powell – Late Secretary of State under George W. Bush, though a supporter of military intervention during his career, endorsed Biden-Harris in the 2020 election and was highly critical of Trump's policies.
- Robert Gates – Former Secretary of Defense under both George W. Bush and Barack Obama, Gates has been a moderate supporter of military interventions and has backed centrist Democratic candidates, including Biden-Harris.
- George Bush - Famous instigator of the Iraq war.
- Vladimir Putin - Famous instigator of multiple military annexations.

Could you please explain where in this post or anywhere you got the impression that anyone on the left loves Dick Cheney? Are you really that impervious to the point being made here?

The point is, evil people tend to flock together.
