Trump is a scab! Vote for Harris

A lot of people in unions say their bosses do not represent their interests, and will be voting Trump.

Union workers, particularly in the United Auto Workers (UAW), are expressing a disconnect between their views and those of their union leadership. Despite the UAW's official endorsement of President Biden/Harris, many members are voicing support for Donald Trump. They argue that Trump "speaks their language" and is more trustworthy, particularly when it comes to issues like job security and trade deals. These workers believe Trump better represents their interests, especially in contrast to Biden's push for electric vehicles, which they fear could harm their jobs.

Additionally, higher corporate taxes discourages businesses from investing in growth, research, and development. This leads to slower economic growth, fewer quality job opportunities, and limited wage increases. In a globalized economy, companies also move operations to states and countries with lower taxes, resulting in job losses and decreased economic activity domestically, which further harms the working class. While corporate taxes might fund public programs that could trickle down to workers, too high of a tax burden will have unintended negative consequences. These include reduced economic mobility and a less dynamic economy, limiting opportunities for workers to improve their financial situations. A balanced approach that supports both workers and promotes businesses is often much more effective in creating long-term economic stability and growth instead of policies often promoted during a pandering election cycle.
