They still appear to be escalating things as opposed to focusing on the well being of their own citizens. Maybe the new president just doesn't have that much control over his country, which I know is a common problem no matter what form a government takes. I am sure if Kim Jung Un opened himself up to the west he wouldn't survive 24 hours.
