I was talking with some one and the subject of what vehicles have you owned came up. I listed a few to the person but not all. So I put my memory cap on and came up with this list. What have you owned?

From first to last:

Honda CT 70

1968 Ford Torino 2 door

1972 AMC Matador 2 door

1976 Honda CB 100

1980 Honda CB 550

1982 Yamaha 550 Vision

1976 Oldsmobile Starfire

1982 Kawasaki KZ 1000

1976 Ford Mustang 2

1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon

1982 Cadillac Seville

1990 Toyota Camry

1990 Dodge Caravan

1992 Town and Country Mini van

Some Chinese 50cc Monkey Bike I got at a garage sale for $25 (still own )

1982 Kawasaki KZ 1300

1998 Chevy Silverado (Still own)

2006 Mercury Montego

2007 Kawasaki KLX 250 (Still Own)

2007 Lincoln MKX ( Still own but gave it to my son to drive)

2007 Saab 95 Turbo (still own)

That's about it, but I bet I am forgetting something.

Holy crap, that is an amazing memory cap you have there....I can recall a lot of cars I've had but when I had them, I have no idea, not even sure I could get the order right.

I can't even remember what year I got the car I'm driving now.  In fact, true story, I had to get a new battery last week, when I told the guy at Walmart it was a Toyota Camry, he asked is it an SE, LE, or XLE...and I didn't know, he had to go look.  Not exactly a car guy.

I remember them because I worked on all of them.

I've done oil changes, spark plugs, and a couple distributor caps in my youth, but on anything more complicated, I try but most of the time all I did was make the repair more expensive to get done by somebody that knows what they are doing.

I'm a old school gear head. I lost all interest when cars  motorcycles became fuel injected and loaded with electronics.  You cant fiddle with and tweak them. There are what they are and nothing else. If you make any modification it wont run. Gotta buy a whole new ECM aftermarket and have it reprogrammed if you do change anything $$$. Any performance gains aren't worth the money or effort.

My grandfather had a 1969 Jeep CJ-5 for about 15 years. It was simplicity itself; practically a tractor with multiple seats and a windshield.

I am very familiar with old jeeps, my stepfather had a 1959 Willys. I found the windshield wiper mechanisms fascinating. They worked independent of each other and operated off of vacuum rather than electricity.

Lot of old school/classic VWs.
Mk2 golf
Mk2 polo
Mk3 golf
VR6 corrado (the prettiest car I ever owned, bought off a German guy who was repatriating to Germany, his dad cried genuine tears that he would sell it to a (then) thug like me)
A whole bunch of passats, 5 I think. honestly hard to know
Now an arteon

And a whole bunch of shit boxes and silly cars in between. I was a bit dukes of hazard in my 20s. flipped a car into a river once, crashed a car into a castle (actually), landed a car pretty much on top of a tree once

Used to like to work on cars too but these modern engines are fairly locked down, hard to get into them to do anything yourself. but who knows in the future, definitely see the appeal of it.

Never owned any bikes. Was the one threat my mother ever made was that I'd be disowned if I ever bought one. But didn't really care to either. Too much rain in Ireland.

You go through a lot of vehicles.

I am cursed with knowledge of how to fix them, so they don't die and I get bored. Probably saved a lot of money though.
