Poverty is a choice, which often comes as a result of society making bad choices.
1.
Problem: Housing
In USA, people are forced to get their own home as soon as they have a job, or forced out of the house at age 18 in some cases.
This creates a huge demand for houses, which drives the prices up.
Solution:
Parents shouldnt force their kids out of the house, because its economically better for them to live with their parents.
That way, they will have more money and thus, the housing crisis is over.
2.
Problem: healthcare
Healthcare costs lots of money, and makes up significant part of the government's budget.
Solution:
Healthcare government budget should be abolished or greatly reduced, and the money used for healthcare should be given to the poor parts of population directly.
3.
Problem: prices
Prices in USA are very high, as a result of debt, lack of local production, and too much investment in luxury goods.
Solution:
Reduce debt, stop printing so much money, government should invest in local production and new buisnesses, ban many of the luxury goods and introduce limit on personal wealth, as well as greater tax for the richest.
These 3 simple solutions would solve poverty in the USA, but sadly, none of these are going to be implemented as no candidate has these as his goals.
