When ever I try to tag someone, an error message says "user not active"
Am I doing something wrong?

The current Wylted spells his name with a capital i instead of an l. He had an old account that got banned, so he made a new one.

I didn't mean in a reply context but when I create a thread and want to tag several users.
I used to do that in the ddo forum using "@".
