"The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, and the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, have signed a pact that includes a clause requiring the countries to come to each other’s aid if either is attacked.
The inclusion of a mutual defence clause in their comprehensive strategic partnership, which Kim described as an “alliance”, will add to the west’s alarm over growing economic and military ties between North Korea and Russia. The deal was finalised on Wednesday after hours of talks in the North Korean capital, Pyongyang."

This means two things:

1. North Korea could come and directly help Russia in war in Ukraine, which would mean that Ukraine would be now also up against millions of North Korean soldiers, millions more artillery pieces, thousands more tanks and missiles.

2. Russia could guarantee protection of North Korea, so North Korea is free to invade South Korea and USA wont be able to come to help South Korea without starting a global nuclear war with Russia.

This deal is a complete victory for North Korea, since it formed a military alliance with one of the most powerful nuclear forces on Earth.

Now Russia has an alliance of its own which basically means "Any attack on Russia or North Korea is an attack on both Russia and North Korea".

I dont know who is more scared now, Ukraine or South Korea.

But hey, your prediction of Ukraine losing the war comes true if North Korea enters war in Ukraine.

What do you mean "losing the war"

Ukraine doesn't control the Donbas, it has already lost.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it.  It’s like expecting the USSR to worry that the US formed an alliance with Belize.

Belize and Guyana are both insignificant.

North Korea could come and directly help Russia in war in Ukraine, which would mean that Ukraine would be now also up against millions of North Korean soldiers, millions more artillery pieces, thousands more tanks and missiles.
There are several PEOPLE in the US with higher net worths than the GDP of North Korea; their military is going to be poorly funded; and if they send any of their troops to Ukraine, then it makes it easier for South Korea to invade NK.

Russia could guarantee protection of North Korea, so North Korea is free to invade South Korea and USA wont be able to come to help South Korea without starting a global nuclear war with Russia.
NK won’t invade SK, although SK should join NATO just incase.

Thats civilian GDP, which is actually unknown since all information about it comes from non-North Korean sources which cannot be confirmed in any way.

Their military budget is very high, given that they have so many missiles, ICBMs, tanks, artillery, soldiers...ect.

Only few countries in the world have ICBMs. Its not cheap technology.

$3.6 billion a year.

That's less than half of Finland's.
