My opponent in a debate recently forfeited a round and I got an email saying I was the one who had forfeited. This caused me to be alarmed for a split second before I realized it was a mistake on the part of the email system. Is this a known bug or just a weird glitch that happened to occur?

Yeah, it tricked me a few times too.
"You have forfeited a debate round..."
"Wait, what? It wasnt even my turn to post a round!"
