Why didn’t the Feds charge Trump? Trump was President when the crimes were discovered after the election. The Justice Department is weary to charge a sitting president. However, Trump was named as “individual number 1” in the trial against Michael Cohen. Where Cohen worked with Trump to commit his crime which he was found guilty and sent to prison.

Why didn’t the FEC take enforcement action against Trump? The FEC is a joke. there is an even number of commissioners with no more than three commissioners being members of the same political party. However, there is no tie-breaking process, such as by the chair. In addition, there is a quorum requirement of four commissioners. This results in four of the six commissioners being required for a FEC decision, which in turn means that on controversial issues bipartisan support is required for a decision.[7][19] Critics have argued that the even number of commissioners and the supermajority requirement was a "set up for deadlock and political shenanigans,"[20] especially in an age of polarization.[7]

Last October, judge Engoron found Trump, his adult sons and 10 of his companies liable for fraud,
describing in scathing terms how the defendants made up valuations.
He said these included valuing the Trump Tower apartment as if it were three times its actual size
and worth $327 million, and estimating that Mar-a-Lago was worth up to $739 million though its
assessed value was no more than $28 million.
The judge canceled business certificates for companies controlling pillars of Trump's empire, and
said he would appoint receivers to oversee their dissolution.
Trump responded at the time by calling Engoron "deranged."
The trial will review six additional claims including falsifying business records, insurance fraud and
conspiracy, and address how much in penalties the defendants should pay.

I cant believe how fucking stupid people are when it comes to real-estate.  There is market price/value and there is assessed value for taxing purposes. My own house is assessed at less than 1/3 of what I could sell it for.  Assessed value is meaningless in the open market. Anyone who would use assessed value to use as a indicator for property values is a ignorant fucking moron. The judge in this case would be a willful ignorant fucking moron for even suggesting the assessed value is even remotely  equal  to its resale value on the open market. The judge knows its BS and should be disbarred.

Wrong, the system is the victim. We saw in 2008 what can happen when people lie and defraud the banking system.

The world economy collapsed, millions of homes were foreclosed on, dozens of banks and financial companies went bankrupt, unemployment reached over 10% and the Federal government had to execute the biggest bailout in history.
