Fuck the police for enforcing this stupid law!

How about they break into Eric Adam's home if he cares so much about the lives of squatters?

Here in the suburbs, you try that shit; you get shot because to me, my property matters more to me than your life (just a logical component of being fiscally right wing; anyone that's fiscally left wing can adopt a homeless person if they want too; their pain they get from homelessness doesn't matter to me).

It's not really the death penalty for breaking in to your home as much as it is death penalty to a guy whom you don't know their intentions.  They could merely rob $300 from you; that's easy to call 911 for and have the cops get the money back.

It's more like, "This guy might shoot me and take my home.  If I have a wife or kids, then he might murder or rape them.  I would rather prevent all of that and shoot him before he does any serious damage when he is awake, I just woke up, and he has a huge consciousness advantage and the criminal knows that (so he could really murder or rape whoever he wants and without self defense, we would be fucked and sometimes self defense results in homicide)".

But lets say he merely wanted to steal $300.  You having the gun and pointing it at the theft scares the theft into basically not robbing you.  Nobody gets shot; but you've prevented theft.

Some one is gonna die in this situation.  
If not both .

Buttt
Picture the pranks one could play but hey. 
You could so easily trick someone into getting killed. 
Easily. 

 Waking up and Getting a cold glass of water isn't really safe.
Well it puts a spin on things. 

You wouldn't want to make any jumpy movements around a person with a gun .

The stats any or all the occurrence you and i mentioned  would show this. 

Like.
How many people get ran in on and raped. 
Or even killed.

I may be however playing alot of it down because because ive never overly feared stuff like that. 
But in Merica. 
It must be a little hairy.

I cringe at the fact that you are allowed to lose your gun.

You are allowed to have a gun stolen from you.
Within the rsason of having to keep then. In a safe spot .

Assuming you are from the UK, then you may be unaware of what life is like in America.  In America, there are many people that own guns; open carry is very rare here.  Not even Colion Noir recommends it, and he's a gun rights activist.
