㊙️ 道可道 非常道

when you go head first and speak confidently of your movement, it is like the opposing wings of a bird, working in concert with, yet balancing the established durable standard description of proper movement

in other words

your description of your motive is not the same as the commonly accepted standard motive

in other words

your plan is unreliable

in other words

The Tao that can be spoken of is not the constant Tao
The name that can be named is not the constant name

I found Wu Wei to be one of the most useful concepts of Tao. I guess the best leader can indeed be the one who makes least effort to govern and leads by example. However, I find balance between trying to control and just letting things be, kinda the best, even tho just letting things be turns out fine, usually.

Wu Wei is important for a lazy successful life.

It basically means "dont disagree much with others, dont force others, only try to change others by gentle influence of example and kind word".

Kinda like gentle water flow which overcomes obstacles by going around them and eroding them, instead of trying to use too much force to crush obstacles.

Plus, its fun to say.

Wu Wei!

Wu Wei!

Wu Wei!

What do you follow?

I follow Wu Wei!
