Gender dysphoria.

I've received communication that dysphoria is not an inherent issue.

Is this really true?

Attempted suicides and self harm, those are non issues.

Folks here are not even showing any compassion when asked how to help people.

Even when you ask for this they say "shut up" mind your own business.

Everyone is not an enemy. Do you tell the police, paramedics, soldiers, doctors, lawyers, shrinks, teachers, professors, ministers, bag boy, waiter,etc. to shut up, mind your business?

We also concluded that the problem is people looking up skirts.

If we could somehow detect these invisible people who cause gender dysphoria we might be able to stop them.

I realize that. I ask how to solve the issue of dysphoria and most folks won't bother to give any ideas most likely just because they feel like there's no sincerity in the question or topic.

"Everyone is not an enemy. "  Well my govt says I am the single greatest threat there is to democracy. So that makes me the enemy. Any who good luck with those delusion problems. I have the delusion that I think I am a good auto Mechanic but in fact I take 3 to 4 times longer to do a repair than a good auto mechanic. I still think I am a good auto mechanic.

The heart of the issue is in the English language itself. Seemingly everyone is aware of this. It might even be fair to say that it is a vulnerability that largely is  consciously exploited (to a variable degree) to cause a sort of dissonance in a sense of belonging within the society, or in identity and conceptualising 'self'; which is central to Western society: the individual. So inadvertently, when you try to engage in conversation on this topic, people are inclined to interpret it as a threat in one sense or another even subconsciously  due to linguistic relativity. This may explain why Canada has taken the stance that they have. It is also why the public discussion of formalising other gender pronouns has been discussed, as well as why Jordan Peterson is opposed to surgical solutions as a sort of standard practice when treating someone who is experiencing anguish surrounding gender identity.

Gender and either euphoria or  dysphoria are two words that are put together to describe something.

As such they have an inherent quality.

Do they describe a derived condition?

Yes.

Is Gender dysphoria a congenital condition?

Depends upon how one chooses to interpret the word congenital.

Currently I'm uncertain.

If It was just a one sided phenomena, one might suggest that it was an inherent environmental issue. But it seems odd that it affects both genders.

So I'm still of the mind to suggest that it is a socio-psychological phenomena.

Which could be described as recently inherited, I suppose.

From what I understand it's a traumatic problem causing suicidal effects.

Some people like to draw attention to themselves,

Including the creation seemingly traumatic problems.

Which isn't to say that human overthink isn't a condition of the human mind.
