There are 3 ways to hide transactions with money

Pay with cash, or kash as Trump would say, often used for bribes

Pay in increments below $10,000, to avoid mandatory banking disclosures

Falsify the paperwork and business records, to hide the true purpose of the transactions 

Trump chose the latter. He also failed to comply with campaign finance laws.

The middle one should be completely legal. It's none of the fucking government's business what any private citizen spends their private income on. Fuck off.

Fun fact: Most political bribes are carried out at a casino at card games. There is no legal way to prove the people sitting at the table are purposefully losing hands and passing all the money to the recipient.
